Ahh, I have fond memories of every single one of these. Great times!

No idea who you guys are (I’m not a Mac person), followed a Twitter link here on a boring Friday afternoon.

But I have to say that’s a pretty neat retrospective, all-in-all. Nice work.

I still kinda miss Audion.

Look at all those pixels! Just think, if you had a Retina Display those touts wouldn’t be nearly as nice!

PANIC SALE

This collection of banners makes me realize that I would be hard pressed to think of another indie developer I’ve given more of my money to over the years, and I certainly can’t think of any others where I’ve had so little regret over doing so.

Here’s hoping your next ten years produce at least as much awesome stuff.

I use both Unison and Coda nearly every day. Transmit less now that Coda does most of the FTP I need. And I still remember the glee I experienced with Audion being the first Mac OS X app I owned that had non-rectangular windows. Congratulations on your first decade!

Believe it or not, I’ve used Audion 3 until I updated to Lion. I know it’s out of the question, but if you guys released an Intel version of Audion, I would gladly re-purchase it.

Seeing this illustrated timeline (which pretty accurately reflects the tastes of the times) confirmed what I’ve been thinking for a couple of years: Let’s go back to the 2005-2007 design sensibilities when presentations were cool and everything didn’t look like the decor of a pachinko parlor.

Nice look back in time. What I would really love to see from Panic is a nice (affordable) CD/DVD/ImageFile Burning app. Toast has been nothing more than re-skinned bloatware for nearly 10 years and there really isn’t a decent competing product.

I too would purchase Audion 4.

Audion was you? Whoa! I remember how I love that app… But then I ditch you for SoundJam That app really rock the house! audion was way behind it at the time. Both were good!

Guys! Don’t distract them! If there’s anything we know about indie devs it’s that they’re easily distracted. Coda 2… Coda 2… Coda 2….

I know how you guys know how you can make your games and publish them. First go find a good picture for your label.
Candybar for example, go to Labelmaker2600.com & type out your game label, game name, Copyright lines, image,
Select your “360DPI” option And save your labels to your Desktop. To publish them, go to Atariage.com (make sure you’re in the “Store Section” area scroll all the way down click custom atari 2600 cartridge place your order (Cost over $20 if you’re willing) then go click the link on the “blank cartridge” page click Sales@atariage attach 3 files Game.bin, Main label (picture) top label (game name) and you wait for it to come.

Please make Atari games like you did with Candybar. You can do it. You made screen shots of games on the back of your Atari game boxes. Cool stuffs

+ It would be cool to make boxes for Diet Coda, Audion, and Prompt

I think I’ve owned everything except Audion and Transmit 1.0. As a matter of fact, Transmit was one of the very first apps I bought after I purchased my first Mac, 10 years ago.

I have to say, you guys are my favorite software company.

PS: The only thing that would make you guys even better is if you could bring Stattoo back, it was way better than Dashboard! :)

i am so touched to see how Panic made this page. You guys pay a lot lot efforts more than other software company. you record the history in such beautiful layout. and when i hover around, it shows the date of each event. love panic.

For city travel it’s very easy to duck under awnings or into shops, making bulkier rain gear unnecessary.
